Personal Data

I take my responsibility to hold any data I have in respect of you very seriously and I act in  accordance with the Office of Data Protection (ODPA) requirements.

Data I hold on your behalf will include:

• Your name
• Address
• Telephone number
• And any other details you provide to me for the benefit of our work together.

All session notes are held on my computer which is finger and password protected. Each document is password protected and you are not referenced by name in any of my notes. Your personal data and session notes will be destroyed a year after the last session date.
